Coach Brady Hill
Brady’s passion for fitness started as a multisport athlete in high school and grew during his collegiate football career, where he earned all-conference honors as a defensive lineman. His time on the field and in the weight room sparked a drive to help others unlock their potential, leading him to pursue a degree in Strength and Conditioning with a minor in Psychology. After college, Brady earned a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and spent years coaching athletes at every level, from young students to collegiate All-Americans and future professionals. Along the way, he developed a strong appreciation for working with adults, guiding them to build strength, improve mobility, and take control of their health. As a co-founder of Impact, Brady is dedicated to creating a gym where people feel challenged, supported, and motivated to grow. He believes fitness is about more than just the work you put in-it’s about showing up, embracing the grind, and becoming stronger in every way. Brady’s mission is to help people push past their limits and succeed both in and out of the gym.
Coach Danielle Hill
Danielle’s journey into fitness began through sports and deepened during her collegiate athletic career, where she pursued a degree in Athletic Training. Balancing her studies with athletics, she discovered a passion for helping people rebuild strength and confidence after setbacks. This passion ultimately led her to earn a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, further equipping her to guide others in their fitness journeys. As a mom of three, Danie understands the challenges of balancing fitness with life’s demands, which is why she’s dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering gym environment. She co-founded Impact to help everyday people set meaningful goals, build strength, and feel their best at every stage of life. Danie believes that fitness is about more than just workouts-it’s about creating a vision for your life and taking it one step at a time. Her mission is to inspire others to grow, thrive, and celebrate their progress, both inside and outside the gym.
Coach Meagan Poling
Meagan’s journey at Impact started as a client, where her attention to detail, discipline, and natural connection with others quickly made her stand out. When she joined the coaching team, it was clear her passion for learning and helping others would make her an incredible asset. Within just a few months, Meagan earned her Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) designation through NASM, and she hasn’t stopped growing since. She’s worked with athletes of all ages, from energetic fifth graders to high school competitors and collegiate All-Americans, as well as adults looking to build strength, move better, and live healthier lives. Meagan’s approach to coaching is about more than just workouts-it’s about building trust, setting goals, and empowering people to become stronger versions of themselves. Her mission is to help clients show up, put in the work, and see just how far they can go.
Coach Kaden Baker
Kaden’s passion for strength and sports performance grew during his time earning a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Sports Performance at the University of Northern Iowa. There, he worked with D1 athletes, helped build the UNI ROTC tactical strength program, and led the strength and conditioning efforts for all athletic teams at Hawkeye Community College. Over his coaching career, Kaden has worked with All-Americans, professional athletes, and tactical performers, but his focus is the same no matter the client: helping them reach their potential. He combines years of hands-on experience with a deep understanding of sports performance to help clients get stronger, faster, and more confident. At Impact, Kaden is excited to work with people from all walks of life, whether they’re training for their sport or striving to improve their fitness. His mission is simple-help you put in the work, stay consistent, and crush your goals.
